Mr. Page, 41, gave Google stock valued at nearly $177.3-million to the Carl Victor Page Memorial Foundation. He started the foundation in 2006 and named it after his father who was a professor of computer science and artificial intelligence at Michigan State University. Carl Victor Page died in 1996.
