October 13, 2014 | Read Time: 1 minute

Florida businessman Les Muma and his wife, Pam, have donated $25-million to the business school at the University of South Florida’s main Tampa campus, which was renamed Friday in recognition of the gift, writes the Tampa Bay Times. At least $20-million of the contribution will go into an endowment, investment proceeds from which will provide long-term support for the Muma College of Business.

The remaining funds will be used to enhance the college’s course offerings and possibly help endow chairs to attract top faculty. Mr. Muma co-founded Fiserv, a provider of automation products for the financial-services industry. He and Ms. Muma are both South Florida graduates and are now the university’s top overall donors, with a total of $41.2-million in gifts.
