Elena Lagoudi: Developing Tools to Document Art and People’s Life Stories in Greece

Charitable work: Ms. Lagoudi, the former head of information at London’s National Gallery, returned to her native Greece in 2010 during the country’s financial crisis. Since then, she has been working to develop tools that are designed to protect and document Greek art and culture. She also volunteers to teach older people in Greece how to use technology and manages Shoot It, a mobile film festival that enlists Greeks to document and share information about their lives.
