The Center for Human Development, a Springfield, Mass., organization that provides a wide range of human services, and Hawthorn Services, a charity in Chicopee, Mass., that provides human services to senior citizens, have merged to form a single organization, according to a news release on the Center for Human Development’s Web site. Hawthorn’s staff members will become employees of the Springfield organization.
