Opinion: Ford Foundation’s Education Effort Is Misguided
November 17, 2009
While the Ford Foundation recently pledged $100-million to “transform secondary education in urban schools across the country,” it is not supporting the best ways to help students, argues an editorial in The Wall Street Journal.
