Gates Foundation CEO Answers Questions About Grant Making, Investments

Patty Stonesifer, chief executive of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, answered questions about the foundation’s grant making and its plans for the future for an hour on The Diane Rehm Show, a nationally syndicated public-radio show produced by WAMU, in Washington.
Ms. Stonesifer also responded to questions from the host and from listeners about the foundation’s investment policies, which were attacked in a recent two-part series in the Los Angeles Times.
