The Rockefeller Foundation, in New York, is adding three new trustees to its board, including David Rockefeller Jr., as part of foundation president Judith Rodin’s makeover of the institution, The Wall Street Journal reports. The organization also named to its board Ann M. Fudge, the chief executive of Young & Rubicam Brands, and Rajat Gupta, a former managing director of McKinsey & Co.
Mr. Rockefeller is a former vice chairman of the National Park Foundation and served as a member of the Pew Oceans Commission. He is the great-grandson of Standard Oil founder John D. Rockefeller Sr., who in 1913 helped create the now $3.4-billion foundation.
