Hispanic Fund Chief Is Nominated for Federal Post

President Bush has nominated Sara Martinez Tucker, president of the Hispanic Scholarship Fund, in San Francisco, to be the under secretary of education, reports The Chronicle of Higher Education.
David Dunn has been serving since January as an interim replacement for Edward R. McPherson.
