PROFILE: BILL AND MELINDA GATES

Bill and Melinda Gates are unusual in their involvement with their philanthropy at such a young age, according to a profile in the Financial Times. While Mr. Gates maintains control of Microsoft, Ms. Gates dedicates up to 20 hours each week to working at the foundation.
