NONPROFIT CHICAGO NEWSPAPER
January 30, 2006
The Residents’ Journal, a nonprofit newspaper that covers Chicago’s public-housing system, is facing financial and program challenges as the city demolishes its low-cost housing, reports The Wall Street Journal.
