Richard W. Couper, president emeritus of the Woodrow Wilson National Fellowship Foundation, an educational philanthropy in Princeton, N.J., died on Wednesday, reports The New York Times. He was 83. Mr. Couper was also the first full-time president of the New York Public Library.
