New Animal Fund Is a Dream Come True

To the Editor:
It is a dream come true for me to hear about the gift by David and Cheryl Duffield to start a nationwide effort to adopt cats and dogs (“Animal Fund, U. of N.D. Each Gets Nine-Figure Gift,” January 14).
One of my dreams has been to see that no stray animals are euthanized. I only wish that I had the resources to do what they are doing. More power to them. Thanks for the wonderful news.
