* Excerpts of Giving USA, an annual report on philanthropy by the American Association of Fund-Raising Counsel, are now available on the group’s World-Wide Web site (http://www.aafrc.org). This year’s study found that donations totaled more than $150-billion in 1996, an increase of 7.3 per cent over the year before. The site features graphs detailing the sources of those donations (79.6 per cent came from individuals, for example) and their destination (46.1 per cent went to religious groups).

* The Charles Stewart Mott Foundation in Flint, Mich., has unveiled its World-Wide Web site (http://www.mott.org). It includes a searchable data base of grants made by the Mott Foundation in 1995 and 1996, as well as information on the foundation’s program areas.
