Big Sister Association of Greater Boston: Appointed Erica Soper, a development officer at the R.O.S.E. Fund (Boston), to be manager of annual giving and special events.

Bobby Dodd Industries (Atlanta): Appointed Wayne McMillan, associate executive director at Families First (Atlanta), to be chief executive officer. This group provides vocational training and employment opportunities for people with disabilities.

Tony Campolo Ministries/The Evangelical Association for the Promotion of Education (St. Davids, Pa.): Appointed Dwight Ozard, director of public affairs at Habitat for Humanity International (Americus, Ga.), to be executive director. Campolo Ministries creates and supports social-service ministries in the Philadelphia area and in several foreign countries.

Campus Crusade for Christ International (Orlando, Fla.): Appointed Steve Douglass, executive vice president and director of U.S. ministries, to be president. He succeeds founder William R. Bright, who retired but will remain as chairman of the Board of Directors.

Catholic Charities USA (Alexandria, Va.): Appointed Pamela J. Smith, a former counselor at the U.S. Department of Justice (Washington), to be director of health policy.

Chicago Youth Centers: Appointed Miller R. Anderson, senior vice president and chief operating officer at the Children’s Home & Aid Society of Illinois (Chicago), to be president and chief executive officer.

Columbus College of Art & Design (Ohio): Appointed Pam Bishop, director of youth development and volunteers at the Ohio Hunger Task Force (Columbus), to be assistant director of development, and Brian McLaughlin, database specialist at the Greater Columbus Chamber of Commerce, to be development assistant.

Council for Advancement and Support of Education (Washington): Appointed Vance T. Peterson, president of Sierra Nevada College (Incline Village, Nev.), to be president.

Geneva Foundation (Beaver Falls, Pa.): Appointed G. Reynolds Clark, retired chairman of the Westinghouse Foundation (Pittsburgh), to be president. This new organization supports programs at Geneva College and elsewhere that are consistent with a Bible-based educational mission.

George Street Playhouse (New Brunswick, N.J.): Appointed Anne M. Volz, assistant director of development and special events at the Gay, Lesbian, and Straight Education Network (New York), to be director of institutional relations.

George Washington U. (Washington): Appointed John H. Neighborhood House Charter School (Dorchester, Mass.): Appointed Mary Nee, senior vice president of marketing and chief financial officer at the United Way of Massachusetts Bay (Boston), to be deputy headmaster for resource development and public affairs.

Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation (Washington): Appointed Ellen Lazar, director of the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (Washington), to be executive director. She succeeds George Knight, who retired.
