Atlantic Foundation (Bermuda): Announced the resignation of Harvey P. Dale, president. Mr. Dale will continue to serve as a member of the Board of Directors.
The foundation also appointed Alan Ruby, director of human development in east Asia and the Pacific region at the World Bank (Washington), to be president of Atlantic Philanthropic Services, the U.S. operating arm of the foundation located in New York. He succeeds Joel L. Fleishman, who resigned at the end of last year to go on a sabbatical.
