AACA Museum (Hershey, Pa.): Appointed Chad Barger, associate director of annual giving at Dickinson College (Carlisle, Pa.), to be associate director of development. The museum is a division of the Antique Automobile Club of America.
Bridge Over Troubled Waters (Boston): Appointed Shiela Y. Moore, executive director of Casa Myrna Vazquez (Boston), to be executive director. This charity works with homeless teenagers.
Center for Community Change (Washington): Appointed Carol Bergman, director of the Research and Policy Reform Center (Washington), to be senior policy specialist.
Coro Northern California (San Francisco): Appointed Jim Rainbolt, director of resource development and communications at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Indianapolis, to be director of development and communications. Coro offers community-based ethics and leadership programs.
Council on Foundations (Washington): Appointed Diane Canova, interim director of government relations and public policy, to be vice president of government relations and public policy. Previously, she was vice president of advocacy and director of the American Heart Association’s Washington office.

Gilda’s Club Grand Rapids (Mich.): Appointed Leann D. Arkema, executive director, to be president and chief executive officer.
Hartford Food System (Conn.): Appointed Jerry Jones, director of the Community Voting Project at the Center for Community Change (Washington), to be executive director.
Human Rights Campaign (Washington): Announced the resignation of Cheryl Jacques, president, who also serves as president of the HRC Foundation. Michael Berman, co-chair of the Board of Directors and president of the Duberstein Group (Washington), and Hilary Rosen, campaign strategist for the marriage campaign, will serve as interim co-presidents.
