New Leaders at the Grameen and the Novak Djokovic Foundations

Grameen Foundation

Steven Hollingworth will take over as chief executive of the antipoverty Grameen Foundation in February. He succeeds Alex Counts, who founded the international organization and served as its chief executive for 18 years. Mr. Hollingworth is currently chief executive of Freedom From Hunger and was previously chief operating officer at CARE.

Barlow Respiratory Hospital in Los Angeles

Amit Mohan, former executive director of the Shore Rehabilitation Institute, in Brick, N.J., was appointed chief executive.

LOR Foundation

Deb Love, senior vice president at the Trust for Public Land, will be executive director.

Novak Djokovic Foundation

Alberto Lidji, former director of development at the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation, was appointed global chief executive.

Other notable changes:

Sue Bailey, former director of program development at Just Say YES (Youth Equipped to Succeed) was appointed chief development officer at the Hope Center.

Sue Kim, former director of the Harvard Kennedy School Fund at Harvard University, was named vice president for development at the Boston Children’s Museum.

Legacy:

Robert Martin Smucker, co-founder of the Center for Lobbying in the Public Interest, died October 28 in Falls Church, Va. He was 86.
