Graham Holdings Company Chairman Donald Graham, who co-founded TheDream.US, and Pershing Square Capital Management founder Bill Ackman recently pledged $15 million each to the fund, kicking off its campaign to raise an additional $30 million to provide scholarships for at least 5,000 undocumented immigrants.
