Ms. Block left an estimated $160-million to Albert Einstein College of Medicine at Yeshiva University.
Mr. and Ms. Arnold, ages 39 and 40, respectively, gave $235.9-million to the Laura and John Arnold Foundation.
Mr. Allen gave $200-million to support arts and culture, education, and social-service programs, primarily in the Pacific Northwest.
