$14-Million Vegas Winner Donating Slots Haul to Charity

A Las Vegas casino said a man who won $14.3-million playing slot machines is giving his winnings away, with his church as a major beneficiary, NBC News reports.
A spokeswoman for Rampart Casino said the winner, a local man who wishes to remain anonymous, plans to help his church—which has been holding services in a high school gymnasium—build a new house of worship, among other causes. It took the man five minutes on a Megabucks slot machine to parlay $20 into the windfall, the casino said.
