- A new Web site allows any charity participating in the federal government’s annual charity drive to post a video of up to two minutes in length that explains its work to potential donors. The site was created by Independent Charities of America, an umbrella group of charities that participate in on-the-job charity drives, and its consultant, Maguire/Maguire. “Think CFC meets YouTube,” reads the announcement.
