The U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, in Washington, has received a $500,000 grant from SBC Communications to create 20 Casa Cyber Community Technology Centers to help spur the creation of small businesses among Hispanics. For more information: Go to http://www.ushccfoundation.org.
