Asia Foundation (San Francisco): Appointed David D. Arnold, president of the American U. in Cairo, to be president and chief executive officer. He succeeds Douglas Bereuter, who plans to retire.
Associated Grant Makers (Boston): Appointed Jeffrey Poulos, executive director of StageSource (Boston), to be executive director.
Austin Children’s Shelter (Tex.): Appointed Kelly White, executive director of the Chicago Foundation for Women, to be chief executive officer.
Boston Children’s Museum: Appointed Carole Charnow, general director of Opera Boston, to be president and chief executive officer.
Center for Children and Young Adults (Marietta, Ga.): Appointed Kimberley A. Shellman-Borna, executive director of the Juvenile Justice Fund (Atlanta), to be chief executive officer.
Corcoran Gallery of Art (Washington): Announced the resignation of Paul Greenhalgh, director. He will become director of the Sainsbury Centre for the Visual Arts at the U. of East Anglia (Norwich, England).
