Calif. Blood Centers Enter Into Merger Talks

Two nonprofit blood centers, the Blood Bank of the Redwoods, in Santa Rosa, Calif., and Blood Centers of the Pacific, in San Francisco, have announced their boards have entered into discussions about the possibility of merging, according to the North Bay Business Journal. If the two groups agree to merge, both groups would be able to expand their services.
