Community Groups Merge in Pennsylvania

YorkCounts, a York, Pa., nonprofit that works to improve the quality of life in the city, has merged with the York County Community Foundation, says the York Daily Record. The two groups’ efforts had overlapped, said officials. Under the merger agreement, York Counts will become a special program operated by the community foundation.
