Connecticut Covid-19 Charity Connection
Don Kendall will serve as CEO of this newly created organization that has raised $10 million to date to support frontline health workers in Connecticut. He is the co-founder and chairman of the Connecticut chapter of Social Venture Partners.
Ted Yang, chief technology officer and founder of MediaCrossing, has been tapped as chief operating officer.
Air Force Academy Foundation
Mark Hille, vice president for advancement at Colorado College, is now president and chief operating officer of the Air Force Academy Foundation. He is a 1997 graduate of the academy.
Greater Washington Community Foundation
Tonia Wellons has been named CEO of the $339 million foundation after serving in the role on an interim basis since October. Before her promotion, she was vice president of community investment.
Hillels of Georgia
Elliot Karp, vice president for development at Onward Israel, has been named CEO of this group, which supports Jewish organizations on college campuses across Georgia.
Treehouse
Lisa Chin has been named CEO of this Seattle nonprofit that works with youths in foster care. She succeeds Janis Avery, who has retired.
Most recently, Chin was a senior associate at the Valtas Group executive-search consulting firm; before that, she was president and CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of King County.

Lynda Heaney, assistant vice president for principal and transformational gifts at Duke Health Development and Alumni Affairs, has been appointed vice chancellor for medical advancement at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis.
Cheryl Murphy, associate vice president for development at the University of Scranton, has been named vice president for institutional advancement at DeSales University, in Pennsylvania.
