Dallas Couple Donates $30-Million to Christian College

Husband-and-wife executives at a Texas health care company have given $30-million to Abilene Christian University, writes the Dallas Morning News.

April and Mark Anthony both studied at Abilene Christian’s College of Business Administration, which will receive $7-million of the gift. Of the remaining funds, $15-million is earmarked for construction of a football stadium, $5-million for a science building, and $3-million is undesignated.

Ms. Anthony is the founder and CEO of Dallas-based Encompass Home Health and Homecare Homebase. Mr. Anthony is a senior vice president with Homecare Homebase and a founding board member of its charity, the Encompass Cares Foundation, which supports global medical missions.
