Early-Childhood Education Group in Austin, Tex., to Shut Down

Family Connections, an early-childhood education and family services organization in Austin, Tex., will shut down at the end of April because it does not have enough money to continue operations, the Austin American-Statesman reports. A routine audit of the charity found that it owed money to the Internal Revenue Service and local banks.
