Ga. Church Receives Bequest of $60-Million; Other Gifts

Several nonprofit organizations have received large gifts:

• St. Marys United Methodist Church, in St. Marys, Ga., has received $60-million in an unrestricted bequest from Warren Bailey, former mayor of St. Marys and a co-owner of Camden Telephone Company, which served the region where the church is based. Mr. Bailey died in July at age 88.
