Goldman Sachs Partner Will Now Run Its Corporate Foundation (Transitions)

Goldman Sachs Foundation
Asahi Pompey has been promoted to president of the corporate foundation and global head of corporate engagement at the investment bank. She joined Goldman Sachs in 2006 and became a partner last year. The Goldman Sachs Foundation reported assets of $565 million in 2015, according to the most recent Form 990 available.
Chicago Foundation for Women
Felicia Davis has become president and CEO. She is a former detective in the Violent Crimes section of the Chicago Police Department who most recently served as interim president of the City Colleges of Chicago, Olive-Harvey College.
Davis replaces K. Sujata, who stepped down in March after eight years leading the foundation.
William and Flora Hewlett Foundation
Dana Hovig, a senior adviser for global development and global health at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, will become director of Hewlett’s global development and population program on August 15. He succeeds Ruth Levine, who is stepping down after eight years.

Katherine Green, president and CEO of Habitat for Humanity of Lee and Hendry Counties, has joined Florida Gulf Coast University as vice president for advancement. She will also serve as executive director of the FGCU Foundation.
Angela Grimes, interim CEO of Born Free USA since August, will continue in the role on a permanent basis. Previously she was director of development and operations at this animal and wildlife conservation charity based in Washington.
Tami Lesser, a lawyer in West Palm Beach and director of major gifts at American Jewish World Service, has been named executive director of the West Palm Beach Library Foundation.

Ali Gross, performance management partner in the Office of Human Capital at Boston Public Schools, has been appointed program officer for education at the Barr Foundation.
Cameron Martin, director of development at Caron Treatment Centers, has been named director of development at Reading Hospital Foundation.
David McGinty has become global director of the World Resources Institute’s Platform for Accelerating the Circular Economy. Previously he was director of social innovation and technology at Palladium Group.
Departure
Alan Jenkins, co-founder and president of the Opportunity Agenda, is leaving the social-justice communications group after 13 years. He has been appointed professor of practice at Harvard Law School.
