In the season finale of Season 3 of the Center for Effective Philanthropy’s Giving Done Right podcast, hosts Phil Buchanan and Grace Nicolette unpack the results from year one of the center’s three-year study of MacKenzie Scott’s giving. They discuss how the idea to study the impact of Scott’s gifts on grantees came about and the center’s approach to the research. They also lay out key findings of the study about the experiences of the nonprofit leaders who have received these gifts, and implications for other donors.
