The Foundation Center has created an on-line version of its publication Literature of the Nonprofit Sector.
The searchable data base contains more than 15,000 bibliographic citations for books, periodicals, CD-ROM’s, and other information resources. Citations from almost 100 publications are searchable, ranging from publications specializing in covering non-profit issues, such as The Chronicle, to newspapers and magazines that occasionally write about charitable causes, such as The Wall Street Journal. Summaries of some stories are also available through the service. The Foundation Center plans to update the Web version of the index every two months.
