A man who created a Web site to collect donations for Hurricane Katrina relief efforts pleaded guilty to fraud charges on Monday in Miami, reports the Associated Press. Gary S. Kraser allegedly collected almost $40,000 in donations from 48 people around the world who thought they were helping to buy airplane fuel for Mr. Kraser to fly relief supplies to the Gulf Coast. Mr. Kraser is facing up to 20 years in prison.
