Nonprofit leaders are gathering today in Washington, D.C., for the first-ever Chronicle live event, Philanthropy Next 2016: Demonstrate Impact, Inspire Donors.

The daylong event will feature interviews, panels, and workshops about how nonprofits can meet increased donor demands for proof of the good a gift can do. Speakers include Martha’s Table chief executive Patty Stonesifer, Epic Foundation founder Alexandre Mars, and Peter Drury, director of corporate and foundation relations at Seattle Children’s Hospital & Research Foundation.
