Mergers Announced by Charities

American Red Cross of Monterey-San Benito Counties, in California, and the Carmel Area Chapter of the American Red Cross have merged to form the American Red Cross-Monterey Bay Area Chapter.
Bayshore Community Hospital, in Holmdel, N.J., and Meridian Health, in Wall Township, N.J., have merged.
Boys & Girls Town of Missouri, in Springfield, and the Edgewood Children’s Center, in Webster Groves, Mo., are merging to form one organization that will operate from St. Louis and serve children and families.
Let’s Bring Them Home, a Bentonville, Ark., group that provides safety education to children and resources to families with missing children, and the National Center for Missing Adults, a Glendale, Ariz., group that operates a national clearinghouse for missing adults and provides and coordinates services among government agencies, law enforcement officials, and families, have merged into one organization.
Seacoast VNA, in North Hampton, N.H., has merged with Home Health VNA, in Lawrence, Mass. Seacoast VNA will retain its name and operate as a division of Home Health VNA.
We Care About Homes, a Beverly, Mass., group that provides housing for the working poor, plans to merge with Harborlight Community Partners, a similar organization in Beverly.
