Mobile Giving Forum Meets in December

The third annual BBB Mobile Giving Forum is scheduled for December 5 in Washington.

The daylong event will focus on strategies charities can use to raise money, interact with supporters, and promote their causes using mobile technology.

“Mobile giving has always held the promise of delivering greater donor engagement,” Jim Manis, the foundation’s chief executive said in a written statement. “However, there remains a huge opportunity to further educate charities on how it can factor into their overall fund development programs and help activate their donors through information and social sharing, volunteerism and more.”
