June 12, 2015

Nonprofit groups in nine more Oklahoma counties affected by severe storms in May are now eligible for disaster-relief loans from the Small Business Administration, the Associated Press reports. Groups in 25 counties in the state are now eligible.

Organizations that provide essential government services are eligible to borrow up to $2 million to repair damaged real estate, machinery, and other business assets. More SBA loans are available to pay for improvements to prevent or minimize such damage in the future.
