MySpace.com Seeks to Spur Volunteering

MySpace.com, a social-network Web site with 90 million members online, and Seventeen magazine are co-sponsoring a contest to promote social activism among teenagers, reports The Washington Post.
The contest, which begins today, asks MySpace members to submit 15- to 30-second video clips that encourage volunteering. The winner will be featured in Seventeen magazine later this year.
