New Orleans Theater Cuts Staff and Performances

January 3, 2011

Le Petit Theatre du Vieux Carre, a nonprofit theater in the French Quarter of New Orleans, has laid off four employees and canceled the remainder of its 2010-11 season, according to The Times-Picayune. The cuts come nine months after the board fired all of the theater’s former staff, including its artistic director, and then let go of its new management in October of this year.
