American Leprosy Missions (Greenville, S.C.): Announced the resignation of Christopher Doyle, president. Jim Oehrig, chief program officer, will serve as interim president.

California Wildlife Center (Calabasas): Appointed Cynthia Reyes, hospital manager and director of marine mammal response, to be executive director.

Casting for Recovery (Manchester, Vt.): Appointed Sandy Trudel, director of development at the Community Dental Foundation (Phoenix), to be vice president of development. This organization offers fly-fishing retreats for women who have, or had, breast cancer.

Hillsides (Pasadena, Calif.): Appointed Joseph Costa, chief executive officer of Sunny Hills Services (San Anselmo, Calif.), to be chief executive officer of this charity, which is a residential center for foster children that also works to curb child abuse.

Le Moyne College (Syracuse, N.Y.): Appointed Gregory J. Stahl, executive director of institutional advancement at the Georgetown Preparatory School (North Bethesda, Md.), to be vice president for institutional advancement.


Marian U. (Fond du Lac, Wis.): Appointed Tre Waldren, executive director of the Community Health Network Foundation (Berlin, Wis.), to be executive director of development.

Meredith College (Raleigh, N.C.): Appointed Charles L. (Lennie) Barton, associate vice chancellor of alumni relations at North Carolina State U. (Raleigh), to be vice president for institutional advancement.

Northern California Public Broadcasting (San Francisco): Appointed John L. Boland, chief content officer at PBS (Arlington, Va.), to be president and chief executive officer.

Oklahoma State U. (Stillwater): Appointed Stephanie Hueftle Vogel, director of development at the U. of Nebraska Foundation (Lincoln), to be senior director of development.

U. of Virginia, Curry School of Education Foundation (Charlottesville): Appointed Margaret Ann Bollmeier, assistant dean for development and external relations in the College of Education at the U. of Washington (Seattle), to be executive director.


Volunteer Healthcare Clinic (Austin, Tex.): Appointed Marci Roe, program director and volunteer coordinator, to be executive director.

WQPT-Quad Cities PBS (Moline, Ill.): Appointed Jamie Lange, financial-development coordinator at the American Red Cross of the Quad Cities Area (Moline), to be chief development officer.

YMCA of Greater Seattle: Appointed Andrew Minear, assistant vice president of financial development, to be chief development officer.

David & Lucile Packard Foundation (Los Altos, Calif.): Appointed Chris DeCardy, vice president and director of communications, to be vice president and director of programs.

Doris Duke Charitable Foundation (New York): Appointed Andrew Bowman, director of its climate-change initiative, to be program director for the environment.

Evelyn and Walter Haas, Jr. Fund (San Francisco): Announced the death of Evelyn Haas, co-founder, on February 3. She was 92.

Flinn Foundation (Phoenix): Appointed Cathy McGonigle, deputy executive director at the Arizona Board of Regents (Phoenix), to be executive vice president.

Fund for New Jersey (New Brunswick): Appointed Richard Greenberg, director of equal-justice policy and programs at the New Jersey Institute for Social Justice (Newark), to be president.


James Irvine Foundation (San Francisco): Appointed Josephine Ramirez, vice president of programming and planning at the Los Angeles Music
Center, to be program director for the arts.

Laurel Foundation (Pittsburgh): Appointed Elizabeth Tata, vice president and secretary, to be president. Ms. Tata succeeds Timothy Inglis, who remains a member of the Board of Directors.

New Hampshire Charitable Foundation (Concord): Appointed Thomas C. Kiernan, president of the National Parks Conservation Association (Washington), to be president. Mr. Kiernan succeeds Lewis M. Feldstein, who plans to retire in June.

Otto Bremer Foundation (St. Paul): Appointed Elizabeth A. Fedor, a reporter and editor at the Star Tribune (Minneapolis), to be a program officer.

Rockefeller Foundation (New York): Appointed Edwin Torres, manager of external partnerships at Parsons the New School for Design (New York), to be associate director, responsible for the foundation’s grant making in New York.


Scherman Foundation (New York): Appointed Mike Pratt, acting president and former program officer, to be president and executive director. Mr. Pratt succeeds Sandra Silverman, who will become senior program director.

Skoll Global Threats Fund (San Francisco): Appointed Eric Nonacs, managing director for global affairs at Endeavour Financial (Vancouver, Canada), to be vice president for alliance and partnerships.
