Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston: Appointed Josh Kraft, president of the New England Patriots Charitable Foundation (Foxborough, Mass.), to be president and chief executive officer. He succeeds Linda Whitlock, who has resigned.
Columbus Zoo and Aquarium (Ohio): Appointed Jeff Swanagan, president and executive director of the Georgia Aquarium (Atlanta), to be executive director.
Foundation Center (New York): Appointed Bradford K. Smith, president of the Oak Foundation (Geneva), to be president, effective October 1. He will succeed Sara L. Engelhardt, who plans to retire.
Foundation for Physical Therapy (Alexandria, Va.): Appointed Robert J. Brennan, executive director of the Fairfax County Park Foundation (Fairfax, Va.), to be executive director.

Nature Conservancy (Arlington, Va.): Appointed Mark Tercek, a managing director at Goldman Sachs and head of the Goldman Sachs Center for Environmental Markets (New York), to be president and chief executive officer.
Phi Kappa Tau Foundation (Oxford, Ohio): Appointed David Boggan, vice president and chief development officer at Christus Santa Rosa Health Care (San Antonio), to be executive director.
