(Tempe): Appointed Joseph Behrens, assistant director of academic services and director of pre-law, to be assistant development officer for alumni relations and annual giving; Elizabeth Reynolds, manager of individual and corporate membership at the Heard Museum (Phoenix), to be a senior development officer; and Bradley Shafer, director of development for the School of Law at U. of Kansas (Lawrence), to be assistant dean and director of development for the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.

Cestero, deputy commissioner of development at the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development, to be senior vice president and chief program officer; William R. Frey, interim president of the Enterprise Community Loan Fund, to be executive vice president; and Mike McNeely, an insurance consultant in Baltimore, to be chief financial officer and treasurer of both the organization and the Community Loan Fund.
