American Urological Association Foundation (Linthicum, Md.): Appointed Sarah Elder, senior director of philanthropy operations at Hospice of the Chesapeake (Annapolis, Md.), to be senior manager of annual-fund and individual giving.
Baby Buggy (New York): Appointed Katherine Snider, communications specialist at the Rockefeller Foundation (New York), to be deputy director. Baby Buggy provides needy families with equipment, clothing, and products for infants and small children.
Building Educated Leaders for Life (Boston): Appointed Tiffany Cooper, chief operating officer, to be chief executive officer. Ms. Cooper succeeds Earl Martin Phalen, who has become an adviser to the senior management team.
City School (Dorchester, Mass.): Appointed Emilio Dorcely, a consultant at Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors (New York), to be executive director. City School provides after-school and summer leadership and community-development programs for high-school students.
