American Philosophical Association (Newark, Del.): Announced the resignation of Michael Kelly, executive director, effective June 30.

Bide-a-Wee Home Association (New York): Appointed Jane S. Englebardt, executive director of the Hasbro Children’s Foundation (New York), to be president and chief executive officer. This animal-adoption organization also provides veterinary services and operates a retirement home for pets.

Christian Theological Seminary (Indianapolis): Appointed Ann Updegraff Spleth, director of major-gift planning at Goodwill Industries of Central Indiana (Indianapolis), to be vice president for seminary advancement.

Church World Service (New York): Appointed Carol Fouke-Mpoyo, media liaison at the National Council of Churches USA (New York), to be communications specialist for the Immigrant and Refugee Program.

Community Reinvestment Fund (Minneapolis): Appointed John Suek, a senior commercial-loan administrator at the U.S. Bank National Association (Minneapolis), to be loan-production administrator, and Scott Young, chief financial officer at GE Home Finance (Minneapolis), to be senior vice president and chief financial officer.
