Business Volunteers Unlimited (Cleveland): Announced the resignation of Alice Korngold, president and chief executive officer.

Byte Back (Washington): Appointed Halona Agouda, a project assistant for the Step By Step Project at the Council for Exceptional Children (Arlington, Va.), to be technology-education coordinator.

Canyon Ranch Institute (Tucson): Appointed Gary J. Frost, executive vice president, to be executive director. The institute operates resorts in Tucson and Lenox, Mass., and works to promote healthy lifestyles.
