American Lebanese Syrian Associated Charities/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital (Memphis): Appointed John Moses, a lawyer in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., and former chair of ALSAC’s Board of Directors, to be chief executive officer. He succeeds Richard C. Shadyac, who has led the organization for 13 years.

American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (New York): Appointed Matthew Bershadker, senior director for major gifts and events, and Todd Hendricks, senior director for the direct-response program, to be vice presidents of development.
