American Technion Society (New York): Appointed Gerald Kleinman, director for leadership and chapter development, to be associate vice president for campaign, and Seth Moskowitz, executive director of the American Friends of the Israel Democracy Institute (Jerusalem), to be senior vice president for campaign.

Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing (Va.): Appointed Nina Janopaul, an affordable-housing consultant for Enterprise Community Investment (Columbia, Md.), to be executive director. She succeeds Douglas Peterson, who is resigning.
