Easter Seal Society (Dallas): Appointed Rebecca S. Rabinowitz, president and chief executive officer of Family Service Agency (Phoenix), to be president and chief executive officer. E.S.S. is the Dallas-area affiliate of the National Easter Seal Society.

Education Law Center (Newark, N.J.): Appointed Mary C. Wink ler, vice-president for development at the Post Graduate Center for Mental Health (New York), to be director of communications and development.
