Baptist Health Foundation (Birmingham, Ala.): Appointed Dana R. Todsen, president and chief executive officer of the Foundation for Memorial Medical Center (Savannah, Ga.), to be president. B.H.F. is the fund-raising arm of the Baptist Health System.

Baylor Health Care System Foundation (Dallas): Gordon M. Caswell, senior adviser, has announced his retirement, effective July 1.
