Bay Path College (Longmeadow, Mass.): Appointed Katharine A. Urner, director of the capital campaign at Lasell College (Newton, Mass.), to be vice president for institutional advancement.

Birmingham-Southern College (Ala.): Appointed Diane Duquette, a financial adviser in Birmingham, to be director of planned giving.
